How long is a therapy for?
Individual therapy is 50 minutes a session, 80 Minutes or 100 Minutes per session.
Children's therapy is 50 minutes a session.
Couple's Session & Parental Guidance can be 80 minutes or 100 minutes a session.
How long will I need therapy for?
The sessions can be used for short or long ongoing therapy. For some, one session is enough, most people will have ongoing sessions that continue for as long as needed.
How much does it cost?
Individual session: $130 per session of 50 minutes.
Children's session: $130 per session of 50 minutes.
Couple therapy/Family therapy/ Parental guidance:
$195 per session of 80 minutes.
$260 per session of 100 minutes.
From 1st of July 2022 session price will be changed as follows:
Individual sessions of 50 min will be $138 per session, (instead of $130)
Child session of 50 min will be $138 per session, (instead of $130)
Couple session of 80 minutes will be now $207 per session
Double session of 100 minutes will be now $276 per session
An assessment report will be now $150 per hour.

What if I don't want to do group work?
We provide individual sessions, couple's sessions and family therapy. We can give you the support that can help you.
What is Psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy is therapy in which a person with mental or emotional problems talks with another person (talking therapies). With successful psychotherapy, a client experiences positive change resolves or mitigates troublesome behaviours, beliefs, compulsions, thoughts, or emotions. Ideally, these are replaced with more pleasant and functional alternatives.
Psychotherapy includes interactive processes between a person or group and a psychotherapist. Psychotherapy aims to increase the individual's sense of his/her own well-being. Psychotherapists employ a range of techniques designed to improve the mental health of a client or patient or to improve group relationships (such as in a family).
Is everything I tell you confidential?
Yes, everything you tell your therapist is treated as strictly confidential. The only exception to this is if there is a threat to someone’s safety: either your own or somebody else’s.
Is this for me?
We are using varied methods, tailored by your needs. We have the experience and knowledge to work with everyone, and in every age. Furthermore, we can work with people with disabilities, mental illnesses and people who interesting in personal and professional growth.
Do I need to prepare before my first session?
No. During the first session, your therapist will ask questions in order to understand what has prompted you to seek counselling or psychotherapy at this time. You do not need to do any special preparation for this.
Please contact us if finances are a problem. We try to be flexible with our fees and often we are able to find a way to manage the cost of therapy if financial circumstances make it difficult to afford regular sessions. Please contact us to discuss this further.
