If you are unable to attend and do not give adequate notice someone else

in need of an appointment cannot be offered that time.

 

 

The following is our guideline for the cancellation fees (per session):           

0-24 hours notice       ........................             Full fee

24-48 hours notice    ........................            50% of fee

48 hour - 7 days notice  .....................          No fee

We try to be flexible for genuine emergencies but we do need to protect our time as well.

 

Workshops and groups policy

 

Refunds less an $80.00AUD administration fee are given for cancellations received in writing via email to us for more than a month prior to the workshop or group.

Cancellations made a month or less prior to the workshop commencement date are 100% non-refundable.

 

Refunds are not possible after the cancellation date, regardless of personal circumstances, however, you can pass your seat to someone else.

 

Cancellation policy is final and not negotiable. We regret the difficult personal circumstances that prevent people attending including medical conditions and emergencies, severe weather or transport difficulties. Individuals unable to attend naturally experience their situation as unique and deserving of special consideration, however the logistics of event management prevents us from assuming responsibility for these contingencies.

The Early Bird rate is applicable up to and inclusive of the date published.  To qualify for the Early Bird rate, payment must be received by the stipulated cut-off date.

 

Workshops may not be offered if numbers are not sufficient. 

 

While every effort is made to keep costs to a minimum, there may be circumstances where the costs of workshops are subject to change
