Our approach integrates a variety of evidence-based methods, including:

Action Methods (Psychodrama)
-
Art Therapy
-
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
-
NeurOptimal- Neurofeedback brain training.
Additionally, we offer workshops and webinars designed to promote both personal and professional growth.
We have a special interest in supporting children and adolescents (ages 6–18) facing developmental or emotional challenges, as well as people who have experienced trauma, including sexual abuse, grief, and neglect. I also work with individuals exploring or experiencing gender identity issues (youth and adults) and provide parental guidance to help families navigate challenges with care and understanding.
We have been working with children, families, and adults since 1999, bringing a holistic approach that considers the whole person and the entire family system. This includes a special focus on supporting kids with ADHD, combining psychotherapy, creative methods, and action-based techniques, while ensuring parents feel supported along the journey.
Counselling is efficient support for individuals and families experiencing:
-
Relationship difficulties
-
Grief and loss
-
Depression and anxiety
-
Consequences of childhood sexual abuse
-
Pain and trauma recovery
-
Social skills development
-
