If you are unable to attend and do not give adequate notice someone else in need of an appointment cannot be offered that time. The following is our guideline for the cancellation fees (per session):            0-24 hours notice ..........   Full fee 24-48 hours notice....50% of the fee 48 hour - 7 days notice …...No fee We try to be flexible for genuine emergencies but we do need to protect our time as well. **For workshops: refer to our website.
